Refunds & Exchanges

Returns: We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be uonopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods, including food items, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We'll arange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process; Approved refunds will be processes within 5 business days of receiving the returned item or resolving the issue. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
