Delivery Policy

Welcome to 3SIEE's delivery policy section. Here, we provide transparent information about our delivery methods, packaging, and associated costs. We believe in clear communication to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
 
At 3SIEE Foods, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be uonopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

  • Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods, including food items, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We'll arange a replacement or refund.

 

  • Refund Process; Approved refunds will be processes within 5 business days of receiving the returned item or resolving the issue. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
